Dreadful haircut, great salon (and good coffee). The hairdresser was lovely and all the staff friendly. Everything seemed to be going ok and I was satisfied with my cut - until I got home and had people comment that there were strands of hair that were a weirdly long length at the back. I didn't notice at the salon in the mirror but it was true - a section at the crown of my head had been missed and was longer than the layers underneath - I had to cut it myself as it was so noticeable. My hair had also been blow dried so that it had tousled waves - which hid the fact that the layers weren't very even either.
It's a shame as I had a different hairdresser in the past at Mie Mani and she was great, no problems with her. So whether I'd want to return or not, I'm not sure. Clearly my experience is not reflective of the whole salon but it's made me weary.
I very been going to Mie Mani for cut and colour for a year and I can now say it is my favourite hairdresser. Always happy when I leave the saloon!
This was the second time I'd been to Mie Mani and my second experience was as good as the first. Friendly and polite staff, excellent hair colour and toner which suited me perfectly, this is now my go-to hairdressers. They're excellent!!! 5 stars all round.
