Staff were lovely and patient whilst I was deciding on a colour for my gel manicure. The technician painted a small amount on my nails as a test which was really helpful in deciding. Really happy with my nails, however I've given four stars because I was hoping for the described 1 hour treatment but it was only 35 minutes.

The staff were very pleasant and amenable. The waxing was excellent.
It's not the most luxurious of salons - a small, bare room inside a hairdresser but it's clean and efficient.

Repeat customer - Kalina is my go-to lady for pedicures as she is absolutely gentle yet efficient. I also decided to go for a spontaneous manicure and Milina kindly slotted me in even though I had no reservation for a manicure. Milina was also gentle and efficient with my manicure. Pedicure lasted for over a month and the manicure over 2 weeks. Thank you ladies for being fabulous - and I'll see you soon.
Venue wise, no complains - great ambience, clean and cozy.
Customer service is superb.
Will be back again - this is my go-to salon in the Chelsea area.
