I had a few issues arranging my appointment because of miscommunication but it was totally rectified with the 10/10 service at Milan. It’s the 4th time I’ve been here and the first time I’ve forked out £55 for glam lashes. Now I’m a very picky person so I was nervous but the lady who did them was absolutely perfect. I don’t want to misspell her name so I’ll call her BB. She spent her time and very carefully and patiently did the lashes to perfection. I always find my initial opinion on how my lashes look is negative and it’s not until I go home and really look at them, that I see how great they are! Honestly a 10/10 salon with the friendliest and professional service. If you can find out who did my lashes then book her! She took her time, really listened and understood the look I wanted & communicated with me the whole way through.
I can’t fault this salon. It’s 30 minute drive from my home but it’s worth it.
Btw, I got glam lashes but because my eyes are hooded I asked for shorter and thicker rather than big! 10/10
