Paulina was amazing - very thorough and took real care with my eyebrows. The Brazilian I had was good, although not all hairs were removed (which I think may have been down to my misunderstanding of what a Brazilian is - I thought it was a strip at the top then everything removed below, which Paulina didn't do?). For this, I'd give 3 stars, but it was still a good service.
I had a facial and it was amazing! Will be returning again as soon as I can!
I took my mum here for another Mother’s Day manicure and she loved it. Tea and coffee offered on arrival. All staff were really friendly and the beautician was thorough in her manicure, especially the cuticle trimming. Both manicures went over the time allowed but the beautician, Paulina, did not rush herself and remained lovely and professional.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Wax was quick, effective and done with care. Very happy.
