Apart from having to wait 15mins past my appointment time, I had a great experience with Natalie. You can tell she has years of experience under her belt and was so professional and quick during the waxing. The shellac also turned out great and she even helped me choose the colour. I was even asked if my hands could be photographed as the shellac turned out so well so thank you Natalie :)

Sylvia was amazing!!! The treatment was great and relaxing and my pedicure actually ended up running over as we were having such great conversation :) Definitely recommend!

Have now been to Milan twice and would highly recommend. Have only experienced waxing but will be trying out their pedicure next week. I have high hopes!!
