Disappointed in my experience. I was waiting 20 mins to be seen although I'd booked a slot. They cut three of my toes during my pedicure and used a drill on my toes for removing regular polish. The dip manicure cracked after 3 days and while they did repair my nail free of charge it was not done correctly and cracked again after 2 days as well as other nails have cracked. As someone who gets dip every month this has not happened to me unless I'd had an accident. A good selection of dip colours.
