Usually love Milano but felt my pedicure wasn’t as good as it normally was. It was towards the end of the day so perhaps the staff were eager to get home but the whole thing felt rushed and nails quality not up to usual standard. I felt I got an ‘Express Pedicure’ rather than a full pedicure which is what I paid for.
