Sadly had a really bad experience. I waited 20 mins past my booked appointment time to be seen. Nice staff but during the mani I was cut and bleeding. My nails were incredibly thick and bubbly. I was so unhappy I started to get emotional. I was there well over an hour at this point and apparently had two layers to go. I was late for another appointment so had to leave and come back. Despite being cut and visibly unhappy, and airing my concerns I was not offered any form of compensation

Perfect as always, just noticed i got more of a square nail and i might pop in the get it a bit more rounded. But this place will always fix you up asap!
