There is no better place I could possibly think to go for such a warm welcome from the Milano girls. Kerry and Leah are fantastic at their jobs always happy and willing to do everything they can to make me feel a million dollars!

Amazing service from when you enter to when you leave, your made to feel like one of the family both Kerry and Leah offer amazing service that goes above and beyond what you expect and make you feel very welcome, I won't use anywhere else for my hair and beauty, first class service

The head stylist / manageress clearly didn't know how the treatwell booking system worked - she hadn't properly checked my booking, and as a consequence made me pay over 3 times what I had been expecting to pay. She had the booking in front of her but either didn't take notice of what type of hair booking I'd made, or just decided to ignore it in the hope of getting more money out of me. It was clearly a misunderstanding, but at the end when I'd explained I'd already paid, she got very heated and demanded I paid more as she had given me extra treatment and charged me head stylist's rates on top of that! I was left very upset and shaking when I left the venue, as she became quite unpleasant towards me, and I came away feeling extremely cheated and very down about the whole experience - not quite the treat I had been looking forward to, after booking what I had hoped was a very reasonably-priced haircut!
