Having never had any hair colouring before I was unsure what treatment to book, but Milena was so helpful. She even asked me to come in the day before to chat through my expectations and told me to have a look online for inspiration. The next day I returned with pictures, and left looking exactly like those that I had shown her! She talked me through the process which was really reassuring. The cut was gorgeous too.
