Lizzy was really nice and made me feel comfortable, however my wax experience could have been better. I went in for a Hollywood wax but it was taking quite long (40mins) so ended up just getting the front wax done (still paid for a Hollywood). I wasn't offered a towel to cover myself, she didn't use anything to clean the waxing area before the wax and long strips of hair was left. During my wax she was asked to make a drink for another client as their tea point is in the same room.

Emy is very experienced and listened carefully to my preferences of the style I wanted. I was very pleased with her skills. I love how she made sure my highlight naturally blended with my base color of my hair.
