Teresa as always is lovely and very welcoming when visiting her gorgeous salon. She made me feel at ease with my treatment and explained all the steps as she went along. She valued my opinion and asked at regular intervals whether I was happy with the treatment and if there was anything she could to do to suit my requirements. Teresa went above and beyond for me and I cannot recommend this lovely lady enough!
