they cut my cuticle far too deep, i was bleeding and now one of my fingers is swollen and painful. i’ve been coming here for years and it’s usually amazing, but this one time it wasn’t great. the nails do look good though.

There was too many people waiting so I didn’t want to wait to get the pre booked manicure, the pedicure was useless, she rushed and was agressive, my feet didn’t look smooth after, the nails weren’t cleaned or cut properly and overall it was a very stressful experience I would not recommend this place especially on a weekend

The Nail Technician is good but a bit harsh on my hand . I’ve been to this place before and they really do a good job so I came back. But the experience is abit different. He doing my nails as he’s planning to break my fingers 😂 Didn’t say anything as it didn’t hurt me that much but next time maybe when you are in a rush , just give your customer warning in advance so they can be prepared 😂😂
