I showed a photo of the nail art that I wanted at the start of the appointment, but was told this would not be possible half way through getting my nails done. I wish I had been told this from the start as I would have gone elsewhere, I had chosen these nails specifically for my birthday tomorrow. Pretty disappointed.

They had clearly over booked people as when I entered it was full and people were waiting past their appointment times. Mine was at 12:30 and I was not seen until 1:15pm, after which I was sent to the shop next door and rushed to be done by the technician. He was extremely blunt and rude when I was trying to recall what shape nail I wanted. Other customers were also angry at the waiting times and rudeness of the technicians. I was disappointed as this is my usual nail salon.
