I arrived early for my appointment as I wanted to be on time. No one greeted me so I was standing there awkwardly for 2 minutes. There were roughly 10 staff members working there. I was then told I have to wait 10 minutes as other people had been late. The appointment was supposed to be for 30 minutes, I was waiting for 20 minutes as I was early, with no sign of anyone finishing before I left. Its not fair for me to have to wait because someone else is late. What if it was my lunch break? Awful.
