Firstly, I had to wait about 30 mins to be seen although i’d booked online. Secondly, the design which they said they could do, they ended up having no idea how to do at the last second. Thirdly, the infills i got were done horribly underneath. it was messy and I had to go back the next day. On the day I came back, I was laughed at by all the staff when I explained what was wrong. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I have been going here for a few weeks now (about 4 nail appointments), and it just got worse. The nail polish kept chipping and peeling off and in my last appointment the nail technician filed my nails wonky and bent, which I asked her to fix but she made a face and didn't do anything. The staff here are also very rude and not helpful, just trying to quickly finish you to move on to the next person.
