I went on a very busy day which is why I think my experience maybe a fluke, but my nails were a bit sloppy and the price of nail art on Treatwell is misleading. If it’s a “complicated” design, they charge you extra in store (like they did to me). I don’t necessarily mind paying extra for a super detailed design but mine was honestly pretty simple imo. The nails themselves are fine, not as smooth or nicely shaped as other places I’ve been but not terrible.
