I turned up for my appointment, and was kept waiting for 20 minutes to be seen. So then I got fed up of waiting and left. I was sitting with 3 or 4 other ladies who all had appointments at the same time and hadn't been seen yet. We are all busy people with work and school runs and a 20 minute delay with no explanation or apology given is unacceptable.
