I really liked Millie and team, thought they were very nice. However, the stylist was 35 minutes late, then I was told the usual stylist wasn’t in so they had a back-up. The team were lovely but I paid £135 to have a full-head of highlights and was given a half-head instead. The hair looks good apart from a blotch (which they said they would fix) but a half-head wasn’t what I prepaid for and cut was not worth £135. I would recommend that prices be lowered to reflect the level of stylist.
She didn’t speak a word of English so couldn’t tell her exactly what I wanted properly, felt anxious the whole time she was cutting my hair - though I was happy with it, had my hair up the next day and the feathering at the front is awful and choppy, really unhappy with the cut.
