I booked a last minute wash,cut and quick blow dry. Nicola was lovely, talked me though everything and was worth the money considering the area.

Very happy with my haircut! Exactly how I wanted it. I'm very fussy about my blow dry but it was as close to perfect as someone else can do for me!

The salon has very loud music blaring that makes it difficult to talk to your stylist. The style itself was ok, but the natural blowdry included didn't give a totally accurate idea of what my hair would really look like. The products were a bit heavy and made my hair quite crunchy. I've had great experiences there before, so I guess it could have just been the day I was there that I wasn't 100% happy.

Man with beard who wore a cap cut my hair. I now understand why they are called millimetre; he said he would do a "special technique" to lift the weight off my
Hair but instead cut random chunks into my hair and now have parts of the under layers or my hair that are about 3 inches long. Bearing in Mind my hair is medium/long and layers are medium length. I thought he may have been feathering my hair but this is ridiculous. I cannot put half of my hair up without short hairs sticking out. This will take months to fix.
Haircut was ok, don't like how they charge you to have a drink as this should be complimentary
