It felt a bit disorganised on this particular visit as the reception had three of us arrive at once and didn't seem to be able to match names and times to the booking. Also upon leaving no mention of my payment had been recorded, once sorted the man was very apologetic and embarrassed. Hair cut was just a trim and blowdry - all fine. I just felt the client service could have been better, particularly when commenting on the dryness on my hair. Tact!

First time waxing but the therapist was so lovely and talked me through the whole process, much less painful than I thought it would be - booked in for next time already! Lovely, friendly staff. I was seen promptly - the salon was lively and welcoming.

Octavia was awesome - it's not very often that you find a hairdresser that can just suggest the best look for you and actually do it if you have no idea how you want your hair to look like. 10/10 experience, I'll be back!
