This was my second time at millimetre as my first visit was so good. This time I had a hair cut, I asked for a trim on my long bob. I got a restyle into something very short, outdated and unflattering. Apparently the stylist was from the Finchley Branch, he was very friendly but even when I asked âwhat are you doing?â As it felt like he was adding layers (that I did not ask for or want), he said it was to add volume and that I wouldnât notice. It felt like he was doing what he wanted and did not listen to my simple request at all. Also Iâm covered in hair because the gown wasnât put on properly. Overall very upset and will not be returning, just waiting for it to grown out!
