It’s a shame that I had less of a good experience today because when I had my hair dyed here it was great. I went for a trim and discussed how long I wanted it with the stylist. The hair wash felt quite rushed. The stylist cut to the discussed length and then continued to take more off. The blow dry straightened my hair back to the discussed length but because I don’t blow dry my hair, this is not going to be how my hair usually looks. I was disappointed because I had clearly said how long I wanted to keep it before she cut it. Then when I tried to give feedback she was quite defensive. Also the coffee is very bitter - not like the usual hairdresser coffee that you hope for!

Lovely, attentive service from the entire team. My stylist took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered the colour I wanted brilliantly. I felt looked after start to finish. I will be going back!

I loved the fact that everyone was so nice, my friend and I learnt a lot about hair and how to take care of it. The price I thought was reasonable and my results look amazing :)
