I went for the balayage. Showed the hairdresser the look I wanted, and it didn’t turn out like that at all. Balayage has left me with some patchy blonde bits at the top, and is very uneven. I can’t wear my hair down as it looks ridiculous, and am actually going to have my hair dyed back to my natural colour. It doesn’t look natural at all. Also, my hair is short, but thick. When booking it either says ‘short to medium’ or ‘long’, and I clicked short to medium. When I went to pay, the receptionist told me ‘next time click ‘long and thick’ even though it says thick nowhere on their page. She also said we should charge you £15 more as your hair is thick, but il ‘let you off on this occasion’ as if to say it was my error and they were doing me a favour. Hairdresser was nice even though she did not do the balayage very well and I have about 4 different patchy colours in my hair. Wouldn’t come back here again.

The staff were really friendly as soon as I came in, offered me tea and coffee whilst I waited for my patch test for the lash lift & tint. HOWEVER!!!!!! The lash lift and tint was a disaster, was in the salon for 2 HOURS because the beautician had to re-do them a second time as the first time my lashes came out bent and wonky.... even after the second time my lashes honestly looked better before coming in. They were WAY too curled they bent backwards and touched my eyelids which made them look shorter. Can’t wait for my lashes to go back to normal!!! :(
