I am genuinely disappointed that I parted with money for this haircut! By far the worst haircut I've ever had - I went in for a trim and ended up coming out with blunt layers, a blunt side fringe and a dodgy blow dry (done without heat protection). When I left the salon, my hair was even a little bit damp still! The staff were also all sniggering at a customers' hair when she left the salon following coming in for a consultation (in front of all of their clients). It's a no from me!
Took the time before hand to sit down and go through my options instead of just going ahead and doing the colour
