I had a full head of highlights which haven't been blended very well so my hair looks very streaky at the root. I had mentioned to the hair stylist that I wanted a natural look so that it would grow out nicely but this isn't what I got. It is a nice colour and the staff are friendly but overall I'm not happy with the result so I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend them. There is also an extra charge for toner which you're only informed about once you're in the chair.
