Shocking. I have been hair a number of times and it's been perfectly fine but I had a different hair dresser on this occasion who was very unprofessional, cut my hair in such a rush, didn't check the lengths and my hair is now wonky! Will not be returning.

Give us all the details - what you loved, what could have been better and anything that took you by surprise. Remember to please keep it clean. To keep it that way, please abide by these rules. The place was very clean and quite at the time I booked. The appointment was on time and was seen very quickly. In terms of cutting my hair, I have wavy curly hair so the hairdresser (sorry can remember her name), told me her thoughts and asked me what I would like to do. She then told me how many layers to add and how she would change the style of my hair. Hands down, it has been the best hair cut I have had for a looooooong time and am over the moon with it. The layers are perfect and the length is brilliant to kick start the sprint season of short hair. I will be honest I was nervous as I’ve always had really long hair but I am so happy and it has given me the boost I needed with my look. THANK YOU!!!

Good value for money
I visit this branch regularly but never have I ever had such a bad experience like last time. The lady who was doing my hair (A.Salma?) was so rough! I thought I would leave half of my hair and even my head there. Usually, they provide a quick head massage when washing your hair and applying a conditioner or a treatment - not this time. Then she pushed my chair so close to the mirror that she hit my knees. Then she dropped her hair dryer on my and was constantly hitting its cable in my face. When she pulled my hair to the point I honestly couldn’t endure it anymore, she apologized and tried a bit better for the next 2 mins... Even my beapoke blowout wasn’t what I taold her I wanted but that wouldn’t bother me that much. It was the roughness. I go to the hairdressers and expect a pleasant experience but here I felt I came to suffer and be punished. I will make sure I request a different specialist next time. One more thing that would be great if it was changed: when the staff go smoke in the back, it would be great if they closed the door. The smell of cigarettes was in the whole salon and it wasn’t appealing.
