Had a great visit to Milimetre. Although I made use of a discount via treatwell I was also pleasantly surprised at the usual cost of the service. I had a wash cut and blow dry. What I liked most was that there was an option to have a rough blow dry rather than full blow dry and styling. With full blow dry and styling it would have been £10 more. It was a Sunday so was quiet which was nice. Staff were very friendly and seemed efficient.

Accurate appointment, service as I wish. No issues , satisfied with result.

Atmosphere is very flat, almost made to feel in the way. Staff chat lots between themselves making no effort with customers.
My colour is nothing like I asked for although I don't hate it.
When u came to pay no one had a clue how much it was then I was charged more than I expected.

My booking time was changed to an hour earlier. I called them to ask why it was changed, they said it has already been booked so it was a technical issue.
I tried to arrive as early as possible to make the new time. Upon speaking to another hairdresser, she advised they had no more bookings for the day so they lied and only moved my appointment forward so they could leave earlier, as it was the end of the day.
Not impressed that they lied. They could have just been honest to say we would like to move the appointment forward.
It's a shame because otherwise I had no issues with the cut and blow dry.
