I can trust the ladies at Millimetre to cut my hair exactly as I want it but also to provide advice about what they think will look best... Another fab haircut! I'll be going back :)

Second time I have been here and I have been really happy both times. Was disappointed my head massage only lasted five seconds this time or I would have rated higher. The stylists also seem to eat their lunch in the salon which seems unprofessional but this doesn't impact the high standard of the services.

The person at reception made me feel like I was a nuisance by arriving for my appointment. I wasn't introduced to the person who was going to do my hair. I think they forgot about me, stuck in the shop window as they were supposed to comb the colour through after 20 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later another staff member combed the colour through. I felt like my blow dry was rushed to make up for lost time
