The staff are lovely, I am not very good with the colour charts but I explain/show photos and they always seem to be able to understand what i want and give good advice and suggestions. Thank you!!!

There was a blonde and tall girl that cut very well my hair but I didn't like how she treated me. When she was explaining to me how she was doing to do the cut and asked me some things I couldn't understand her and she asked me how long I have been here in London. I said that 7 years and she told me:
Oh! It must be very hard to stay here such a long time and still not to understand English (I do think that it is unnecessary these kind of comments that are not true as I work every day with my English team and also she doesn't know me).
I said politely that I struggle sometimes with some accents and she said in a sarcastic way: Do you think my accent it is difficult to understand?
I said: no, it is not that.
Then every time that she tries to communicate with me she was gesticulating with the hands and face as If I were depth what made me feel stupid and very uncomfortable and my British partner encouraged me to make these comments in case I can help others even if this incident happened months ago.
I will try not to come back definitely.

It was good. Staff are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. Very good value. Not the best haircut but that might be my fault in not being more specific.

I have not been to a salon for over 2 years as I suffer with anxiety, the staff were polite, friendly, professional and made me feel less anxious. I am very happy with my hair too 😊
