I have booked a bespoke blow dry service and was expecting that I would be serviced by some experienced or senior hair stylist but not sure if I was because of the service I was given. I asked my hair stylist to give me good curls with a bouncy look at the back that they last for more than a day(as my hairs are already curly, they easily hold curls). Hair stylist told me that my hair looked too soft and silky to them and they would not hold curls. I told them that they need a wash as scalp has released little oil. Her point was if she gives curls using hair straightener, then they would last long. After curls, lot of hair spray was applied to make them last longer. Looks like it released oil and curls lasted only for 2-3 hours. Moreover, I had a bad hair fall until I washed my hair. Worst blow dry experience for me.

The haircut was good and I was in and out of the salon within 45 minutes (Great!). Not the most professional atmosphere - but staff were friendly! Salon was clean and tidy.

Lovely staff and salon but my layers were left a little chunky/severe for my liking.
