This was a first visit to the salon. My hairdresser was prompt and friendly and we had a chat about what I wanted. She explained everything thoroughly and washed my hair very quickly. My cut and blow-dry was also fairly rapid but I was pleased with the overall result. Some negatives were that the salon was particularly untidy looking and I wasn't offered a drink. Most salons I've been to in the past I've been offered a drink so that was a surprise for me. Another negative is that I personally don't like cigarettes but could smell it strongly on the hairdresser despite her chewing gum. Nothing against her as she was friendly and professional just a bugbear for me.

The salon is always clean and the staff always friendly. Danielle did an excellent job and I would thoroughly recommend her.
