The haircut was fine and the stylist was pleasant, but the state of the shop was not good. There were boxes all over the place, unpacked products everywhere, there are stains on the ceiling which you gaze at when having your hair washed, an odd painted bit of wall here and there. It generally looked untidy and uncared for.
I appreciate it was a cheap haircut but I felt like they wanted me out of there so they could go home. It's also really unusual these days to not be offered a coffee or a water. I wanted to buy some products but didn't bother. This was my 3rd visit and it will be my last, which is a shame as the 2 previous visits were much better.

Friendly service and happy with how refreshed my hair looked after the cut. Will definitely be going back.
Haircut was good, and the blow dry was exactly as I asked for. The girl who did my hair was really friendly and chatty. Would come back again! :)
Third haircut here not as good as the first two but to be fair I didn't give her much to go on. Friendly staff and made to feel welcome. Definitely going back
