I’ve been to this salon a few times and have been lucky to have the same person in the past. Booked in with Olivia this time who got an amazing colour for my hair, very lovely clean ash shade. However I think it was too much for my hair as there was a lot of breakage, noticed straight away that hair was coming away. Its a good thing my hair is due for a hair cut, will be booking in to try to make it look a bit better. Also disappointed to find the pricing is inconsistent on the site vs in the salon. I upgraded to half a head of highlights, paid £40 more so ended up being charged £80. This is more than the Treatwell site price, although it’s supposedly cheaper booking direct with the salon.
