I am so upset about what they did to my hair that I can’t let it go.
The venue itself looks fine. When I arrived there, I discovered that they have booked me with a different hair “specialist”. She had clearly communication problems. I always bring with me a picture of what I want and I ALWAYS leave the salon with the same cut - it’s always the same haircut! I showed the picture and I was clearly when I said that I was trying to grow my hair. I have also explained her what I didn’t want and guess what? She gave me EXACTLY the same cut I asked her to not to!
My hair now is SUPER short with a really poor haircut!
I was so disgusted when I left the venue that I couldn’t stop crying! Now I’m getting hair extensions, paying a lot, to fix this mess.
Never going back!
