The employee was really nice. She made a good work and it was really nice to chat with her.

Really friendly staff, my hairdresser was really nice too. However, there is clearly management issues given there was only one lady doing all the haircuts, no receptionist, only two other staff who were taking care of other treatments and no one to wash your hair which delayed the wait time even more. This also left me waiting over 30mins because there was a snowball effect from a client who was previously late.
