I had a very good experience. Serena was very attentive and she is very skilled. My hair is not easy but she managed to give me the best hair cut I have had in many years.

I just moved to London and needed my eyebrows waxed. It’s always nerve racking trying someone new, but Sarah did an amazing job!!! She really pays attention to the details. I sincerely love my eyebrows!

Haircut was ok (just a straight cut of the tips) but the blowdry was not great. I wasn't asked how I want my hair blow dryed and then it was too late. The blowdry only lasted an hour, I've been here several times before and was always happy but don't think I will be coming again
