My experience was very average however not bad enough for me to be bothered to write a bad review about. That was until the end of the appointment.I had booked and paid through the treatwell website beforehand, so walked out after saying thank you for my cut. I then had someone run after me down the street saying I hadn't paid. This was not only embarrassing but very unprofessional. In a professionall situation they would have known already that my booking was pre-paid. Now, even if I had wanted to go back, I feel like I can't. Therefore I will be completely honest, the sinks for the wash were uncomfortable, the wash was average, my cut was average and the most anyone said to me the whole time I was there was 'you've not paid!!' at the end. I won't be going back.

Surprised at how many brilliant reviews there are for this place - found the staff pretty unfriendly particularly my stylist and the blowdry was just average, for £35 it's not for me.
