Great experience! I am always nervous about cutting my hair, because it's very long and damaged. Despite that, I never want to cut too much and lose length. I've been growing it out for years, after all. ;)
My hairdresser was fabulous. She was super honest with me about needing to lose inches to keep my hair healthy, but comprised with me saying if I came back to trim often it wouldn't be as bad and we could cut less. She also wasn't awkward to talk to. Very easy conversation, and helped me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to my next trim!

Reliable place and good value. Very happy with the haircut but disappointed they skipped on the head massage during the pre-cut wash!

The lady who did the waxing took a long time and did not pull the wax strips off in one go so it was quite painful.
Very nice place, and good haircut. I'm very happy with the result.
