Great cut, got exactly what I asked for. Stylist was very polite and friendly. The 'natural' blow dry was actually just drying, to get a blow dry you'd need to purchase the bespoke service which is obviously more expensive.

Great experience! I am always nervous about cutting my hair, because it's very long and damaged. Despite that, I never want to cut too much and lose length. I've been growing it out for years, after all. ;) My hairdresser was fabulous. She was super honest with me about needing to lose inches to keep my hair healthy, but comprised with me saying if I came back to trim often it wouldn't be as bad and we could cut less. She also wasn't awkward to talk to. Very easy conversation, and helped me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to my next trim!
