I've been twice and it's a lovely salon with great staff. There was a bit of confusion as I booked a natural blowdry but received a special one which added £10 to my bill, but the staff were lovely and have given me credit on my account for my next haircut. My hairdresser was really good and I'm happy with my cut, it was just a case of crossed wires that was dealt with quickly and professionally.

Overall a good experience, staff were friendly and wax was a good job. However very confusing all the names of the waxing - was disappointed charged extra because I booked wrong appointment (which was only a tiny bit of extra hair removed). Waxing took way too long as well, although lady was trying to be thorough, she was extremely slow.

I had the Essie manicure with scrub and massage. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and offered complimentary tea. The lady who did my manicure was very thorough and took her time with the treatment. I ended up being there for almost 2 hours! She was also very knowledgeable about nail care and general beauty advice. Would highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience at Millimetre salon. This was the most painless and thorough waxing I had ever received. I felt that the aesthetician really took the time to do a good job as opposed to just get me in and out of there. I was very pleased with the quality of the treatment and the price. Will definitely be coming back!
