Quite a good cut - not really the best, not too sure on the technique used. But staff really friendly

Poor blow dry. Paid at the end £35 for a bespoke blow dry that had nothing from bespoke. Hair was not smooth at all. Stylist was bothered when I was the o my client. I wouldn’t recommend it. Many more salon around offering better blow dries.

Nice team. But I came away with a colour and style completely different from what I had asked for, and totally different from the photos I had shown the stylist. I won’t be coming here again, even to rectify the problem.

Lovely staff and a nice clean, modern salon. they added an extra service for me even though they were fully booked (thanks!) Much better prices than others in the area, and didn’t try to up-sell me like others. My hair colour is okay but didn’t quite reach the base of my roots (I’m left with a bit of a gap). A few minor things made the salon a little less than perfect; it’s weird they make you come in and get a little patch test 48 hours before as this meant I had to push back my appointment and miss out on the Monday deal - this also means for colour you cannot book last minute. I was offered a drink but only after sitting there for 2.5 hours. I know it’s minor but the music was also repetitive and seizure-inducing.
