Competent but overworked staff. Good result. They charge an additional £15 for toner, not advertised in the price of highlights.

This was my first LVL and it was much better than expected. Lorena was extremely attentive and made sure I was comfortable from the moment she met me until I left. She explained the procedure and was very gentle and meticulous. We had a very nice conversation and my lashes look great!

Best blonde I had done in such a long time, Sam is clearly a star in hair colouring she spent 5hrs working on my hair and completely fixed my colour!
