My highlights were fine. What I didn't like is that they charge you extra for the toner, although this is a required part of the procedure, and this was not noted in advance. I think it's poor practice to be so intransparent. Otherwise, staff was friendly, salon was ok.

Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had, blotchy, uneven, filed my nail at a completely wonky angle. It was the day before Christmas Eve and I had a train home to catch so I couldn’t have it corrected, not that I’d want to even say anything as the therapist was the most miserable person I’ve ever met. Best I could say is that I was the first person in that morning so at least the appointment was clean and on time.
