I’ve booked a lash lift at this salon, only to arrive at the time of the appointment and be told that the treatment can’t be performed at this day, and has to be rebooked for the next day (reason not explained). Since I already prepaid everything, I agreed for rescheduling and arrived the next day according to the time advised. Yet, I had to wait for 30(!!!) minutes for the specialist to be available, causing a major delay in my plans.
All that might have been still forgotten if the treatment had been immaculate, but it was anything but that.
While the lashes were wet (and they are after the lift), they looked ok, so I left with no complaints. However, as they dried, they turned into a stiff C-curl, absolutely dry and unnatural!
Would never go there again myself, and I would not recommend anyone.

Lorena is very friendly and helpful. She did a very good job on the treatments and was very receptive of my needs. I will definitely come back again :)
