It was a mess to make the actual appointment because it was canceled and rescheduled twice by the team ( apparently the hairdresser didn´t show up). The haircut was not what I expected: the length is too short and but the layers almost untouched (and still with split ends).
The blow dry was good.
Will not go again.

They were only interested in charging me for services that I did not need - very pushy sales people.

Thank you for my haircut, I'm very happy with it. It's a little shorter than I'd imagined but that's ok! It'll grow! The staff were very friendly and chatty however I struggled to enjoy my head massage because I was answering questions. A little moment of relaxation would've been nice. But overall a very good experience and good value.
