Tashia was very attentive and the delux facial is amazing:she tells me what I need to do in the week to keep my skin hydrated. I go to her weekly. She got off all my sun damaged skin and knows I forgot to wear SPF. With this sort of facial you need SPF. If I ask her a question about my skin she gives me a very educated answer: I am trying the collagen lift next which I am looking forward too.

I had the deep tissue 1 hour massage and my back clicked within the first 3 seconds. In fact my whole body clicked so many times I felt like a new person after.
I did my light stretches before going to bed, as recommended and the next day I was able to stand on the train to work without any of the aches or pains I was getting before.
Just booked my second massage and plan to make it a monthly occurrence as it helps me because I have a desk job.
