They were very helpful and friendly when I couldn't make up my mind about an appointment, both timing and what was needed. I was very pleased with the cut especially as it was several months since the last one.

Exceedingly happy with my haircut as always. Kerry always takes the time to discuss what I want and talks me through options such as thinning out my hair in certain places to get the look that she knows I like. Because I don't have it blow dried she always offers me a return visit to sort out any issues which may arise after I dry and style it but I have never needed to go back. My friend was in there at the same time so there was lots of chatting and a lovely friendly atmosphere. 10/10
