So so happy with the results. I went in as a new client with box dyed dark brown/black hair. The advice I got was amazing. I was able to achieve the results I wanted and I cannot wait to go back. I got full a head of highlights and a cut/blow dry. The price was really reasonable and i had some really helpful advice going forward. 10/10 would recommend x

I have been going to Kerry since she opened 9 years ago. I am always pleased with my haircut and blow dry. Kerry is very good at suggesting what would be good for my hair. She is also very friendly, making for a pleasant experience.

1. A few times I felt the pain when hairdresser's sharp nails poked the scalp. 2. It meant to be a 45 minutes wet hair cut, she asked me to pay at about 30 minutes without blowing dry my hair, which should be included in wet hair cut package described on its web site. Only when I asked for blowing dry my hair,she gave a super quick blast dry, rough was the only word to describe her work in final munites. It made me feel that she wanted to dismiss me quickly... Very uncomfortable experience.
