Debbie, slightly 'elderly' lady did my haircut, & I cannot tolerate clippers on my head. Debbie tried to cut the finer hairs on my nape of neck 'hairline' & due to perhaps improper eye-sight ended up poking my nape of neck with pointy scissors multiple times & when I reached home my wife saw that those places were bleeding! In this day & age, this is not right & should be addressed.
