The venue was tidy clean and efficient but also modern, welcoming and professional. My stylist was thoughtful and took on board everything I asked for. It was my first visit and I very satisfied with the outcome. I'll be back.

Considering that I hadn't had my hair cut for over 8yrs, thinking the worst I booked an appointment after friends said my hair needed a cut! Welcomed by Louise, who had pre-empted my ordeal and given extra time to do whatever was needed. Louise was lovely, friendly and put me at ease. She was honest as to how much of my long hair needed to be removed but happy to agree on a middle ground that I was happy with and I'm so pleased with the result, lovely long layers and my hair feels great :)
