Negligent, bad attitude and overall inadequate service. Milly coloured my routes for first time. I have concerns that she didn’t use the colour I have in for years as I had an allergic reaction (had to take antistam) and it was noticeably different (orange!). She didn’t do a test, she left the colour on more than an hour, didn’t check once (and I was right next to her while she was doing another client)! When she was washing my head I indicated that it was VERY itchy but she entirely dismissed
