The staff on entry were pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately this was not extended when I went downstairs for my massage. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience was completely the opposite thanks to the staff member spending the entire time talking about my weight and making assumptions about health conditions that I didn’t have. Not at all professional, appropriate, or relaxing.
